QVEX PAYMENTS LIMITED is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. QVEX provides technical and software services to merchants. The regulated payment services underlying our product — including payment initiation — are provided by third parties authorised to carry them out, and those firms are the regulated providers of that service.
QVEX does not take possession or control of merchant or customer funds at any point, does not hold client money, and does not issue e-money. Payments settle directly from the payer's bank to the merchant's own account.
QVEX does not offer, exchange, arrange the exchange of, or provide custody for cryptoassets.
Our service is provided to businesses. It is not marketed or offered to consumers acting outside a trade or profession.
Nothing on this website is financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Merchants are responsible for their own compliance with the laws and licensing requirements applying to their business.
Parts of the service depend on banks and authorised payment providers. Their availability, terms and decisions are outside our control.
